Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) Sets Up Recovery Strategies After A Recent Decline In Collected Revenue

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) was today featured in the trademark news. It was revealed that the top provider went ahead to file for a trademark which hopefully will give us the opportunity to see the new Project Scorpio logo. However, this cannot be compared to the excitement which pre-E3 leaks/spotting could spark. The company according to some earlier reports had filed for a trademark with the European Union Intellectual Property Office. It was for a logo which they insisted was for use in the video consoles and the computer game software.

A lot of people expect that the logo for Project Scorpio will be branded the official name Xbox S. In the previous year, some top officials working with the company had gone ahead to state that the logo would most probably be a refresh of the Xbox One S.

As a matter of fact, Project Scorpio happens to be what the provider has lined up next and may be making the announcement soon.E3 will indeed be going down next week and Project Scorpio will for sure be the news to listen to. We are all looking forward to Redmond’s next gaming console and Microsoft shouldn’t disappoint. The company is making major efforts by laying down strategies to help it rise. Recently, it was reported that it received lower revenue than what it initially expected. This raised eyebrows with a lot of people seeking to understand the reason behind it.

The figure in the company’s “more personal computing” segment revealed that there was a 7 percent decline in comparison to what it obtained last year. Some of the top financial officers working with the provider tried to give an explanation. They attributed the major decline to the lower phone revenues that had been collected.

Within the “more personal computing” segment, sources indicate that the provider reported a 26 percent decline in the line of computers and tablets. But the good news is that the company has lately been recovering and that is because of the efforts it has been making. The latest development is for sure a step towards the right direction and soon the company will able to realize even higher revenues.
